We will be upgrading GKE cluster from 1.27 to 1.28.
Jenkins instances will have a short period of unavailability during this time window and some jobs will be interrupted if an upgrade happens during their runtime
Note: This is outside of business hours and given the time slots for daily jobs, this is unlikely to happen.
